Who we are
Luma's World is an educational app for children made by ElectroTecniWeb. For anything at all you can write to apps@electrotecniweb.com.
Information we collect
None. The app does not ask for a name, an email address, photos, location, contacts or any other personal data. It does not use the microphone or the camera. It contains no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tools that collect information.
What is stored on the phone
So that the game remembers how far the child has got, the app stores on the device only: the stars and the completed levels, the sound preferences and which face the child picked at the start. This information never leaves the phone, and it is deleted when the app is uninstalled or when someone taps "Reset the stars" in the Family section.
Internet connection
The app has no permission to use the internet. Everything it needs, including Luma's voice, is inside the app.
Links and purchases
The app has no in-app purchases and no links to websites. In the Demo there is a button to see the full version on Google Play; before the store opens, the app asks a question meant for a grown-up.
On iPhone and iPad
Luma's World for iPhone and iPad works just like on Android: it asks for no accounts, shows no ads, uses no analytics or tracking and collects no data about your child. Each child's progress (stars, levels, name and chosen buddy) is stored only on the iPhone or iPad itself, including a backup copy in the device's own settings, and is deleted when the app is removed.
Anything that leaves the app (emailing us, sharing the app, reading this policy or rating it on the App Store) is behind a question meant for grown-ups. If you email us, you send it from your own Mail app; we only use that address to reply.
The app follows the rules of Apple's App Store Kids category.
Children
Luma's World is designed for children under 13 and follows the Google Play Families policies. Because we collect no personal information, there is no children's data to store, sell or share.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change this policy, we will publish the new version on this same page with its date.
